What is a Dysregulated "broken" Nervous System?

A dysregulated nervous system is a system that does not function properly due to its inability to adapt to stress. It can be caused by trauma, chronic pain or illness that places stress on the function of the body, and the constant overload of stress found in modern-day life. A malfunctioning nervous system keeps you in a perpetual state of "fight or flight" anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, anxious and unable to cope with life's ups-and-downs. It eventually can cause chronic health conditions.

The Results After The 30-Day CRPS Program- "I have CRPS of the right hand after a wrist fracture on March 26 and surgery on April 2. I have completed the 30 day “Retrain the Brain” program.
