Refund Policy

Appointments

Payment of the program is due when you make the appointment with Carol Charland. An Invoice will be forwarded to you.  Once paid, the program materials (ebook, coaching material) will be forwarded to you by email.  

Once the material is emailed, there is no refund.

 

You may re-schedule an appointment with 48hr notice, there is a $25 fee.   

Workshops

Payment of the workshop is due upon registration.   Once paid, the workshop materials (ebook/workbook) will be forwarded to you by email.
